We recognize the importance of KGV in all of your lives. Recent leavers are brim full of memories of the school and enthusiastic about maintaining friendships and never letting relationships fade. Older Alumni recognize the memories that have endured are the really valuable ones and want to meet again the people who shared the experiences. We want all KGV Alumni to find this website useful. We want it to be a valuable tool for you all to keep in touch with each other and for the school to keep in touch with you.
Our recently agreed objectives statement recognizes the valuable part all members of the KGV community play. The Alumni Committee is energetic and supportive in working with the school and we want to encourage and develop the role of Alumni in school life. Becoming active as a member of the Alumni is your chance to put a little back and acknowledge the part the school has played in your life. If an active role is not possible for you, I am sure you will enjoy the chance to search for old friends and hear more about how the school is progressing.
Since this new site has launched many of you have become members and are enjoying using the site. If you haven't joined, register now and enjoy the benefits of staying connected. The alumni directory portion of the site is only open to registered members so you will be able to interact without the worry of your information being viewed by outside parties. This website will be further developed over the next year to provide a wide range of services to KGV Alumni.
Once you have done this, it is up to us to maintain the links and you will participate as you feel able and willing. I hope to see many of you when you visit KGV, we are always keen to welcome back Alumni and if you are very fortunate there may even be an Assembly for you to participate in!
